Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at Dominion Resources, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your main goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve any customer issues effectively, and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of remote customer service representatives- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement- Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Drive initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote work setting- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using customer service software and tools- Reliable and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Experience in project management and planning- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service
