Responsibilities: Answer inquiries by telephone & email Manage customer service employees Confirm calls are being handled appropriately and follow up when not Complete customer related tasks Complete data entry, production entry, and data base management Email, file, or scan documents and maintain customer files Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving skills Must pass a pre-employment drug test Want to join our team?
