Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate working from home in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resourceful and adaptable.

Responsibilities:- Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat- Providing exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs, addressing issues promptly and efficiently, and offering appropriate solutions- Handling customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles- Resourceful problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a work-from-home setting- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent
