Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers4. Processing customer orders and coordinating with other departments as needed5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service7. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills8. Assisting with special projects or initiatives as needed

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software6. High school diploma or equivalent required
