We are searching for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Manager to join our sales team! The Customer Service and Sales Manager will work on behalf of our award-winning clients, which is one of the worlds leading providers of technology and communications services. The Customer Service and Sales Manager will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing an individualized customer service experience. This will ensure that our customers are getting the best cutting-edge products and services they need. The Customer Service and Sales Manager will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The Customer Service and Sales Manager must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
Customer Service and Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with rapid wireless internet product/service knowledge and solutions that will suit their needs
Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed
Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Analyze the territorys potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed upon sales targets
Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
Evaluate all competitors activities including new product launches or price reductions
Customer Service and Sales Manager Requirements:
1-3 years work experience in a customer service, sales, or leadership role is preferred but not required
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers
Above average work ethic, high energy and engaging attitude
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills
Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territories
