Responsibilities
• Manage activities involving homeowners, prospective buyers, trades, and division staffing• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely completion of repairs• Educate homeowners on products and warranties• Explain the company's Limited Warranty to homeowners• Facilitate timely response and completion of customer issues• Communicate necessary work to Customer Relations Coordinator• Participate in root-cause analysis of issues• Manage trades to completion of service requests• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships• Authorize payment for work performed
Requirements
• Experience in the Construction or Homebuilding industry preferred• 2+ years of related experience in residential customer service/home warranty• College degree preferred• High school diploma or GED required
