To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a full-time Customer Experience Supervisor to join our dynamic management team. The Customer Experience Supervisor will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring an excitement for solving complex problems, superb attention to detail, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, a growth mindset, and proactivity in bringing new and creative approaches to the team.
This full-time, hybrid role is based in Orem, Utah, and will require you to be in our office at least 50% of the time. What you'll be responsible for… Lead and manage a team of committed Customer Experience team members, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards. Implement customer service training programs and strategies for improved customer satisfaction. Use everyday customer interactions to gather and report on critical data to company leadership and other organizations, such as product management, marketing, and sales. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer journey, from the initial exposure to long-term commitment, and employ strategies to foster customer loyalty and drive sales over time. Possess a strong knowledge of social media platforms and direct message (DM) interactions, utilizing these channels effectively to engage with customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Works with the leadership to establish customer service policies, FAQs and feedback systems. Proactively handle customer issues and provide timely feedback to the team. Foster a positive and safe team environment, facilitating growth and performance feedback. Required Skills and Experiences 3-5 years of working in a fast-paced social media heavy / e-commerce setting. 2+ years leading a customer experience or customer service team. Strong understanding of current social media trends. Proficiency in handling high-volume, complex customer interactions. Effective at making decisions and solving problems under pressure. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Diplomatic conflict resolution ability while upholding company policies. Empathetic and composed under pressure. Preferred Skills and Experience (i.e., the icing on the cake) Spanish language ability Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, Route and/or other customer service software Marketing and/or sales experience in an ecommerce environment Who you are… You live in or near Utah County and are willing to work in our Orem, Utah, office at least 2.5 days each week.
