Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life forall.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Customer Enablement Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will facilitate collaboration and drive alignment between the System Solutions Engineering (SSE) group and key DRAM enablers and customers, while developing long-term relationships to support streamlined communication and maximized qualification efficiency! We are normally the primary contact to communicate engineering aspects of customer qualification requirements and status to internal management, business, and development teams! We collaborate with internal Engineering and Manufacturing groups to ensure that our products meet the functional, quality, and reliability requirement thresholds needed to successfully complete customer validation & qualification testing. You will also work with internal Marketing and Planning groups to monitor proper delivery of early customer samples. Tasks within this role can be as varied as creating and communicating schedules to help effectively define and manage validation issues reported by customers.What's Encouraged Daily:Act as the primary engineering contact for key Compute DRAM enabler and customer validation and qualification engagements.Build trusting relationships to ensure all specification, test, documentation, and sample requirements meet internal and external expectations.Create and maintain schedules for internal and joint validation timelines.Proactively drive internal improvements related to enabler and customer validation along with qualification processes.Create and deliver internal & external presentations at peer and executive levels, including content for quarterly business and technical reviews.Work with the SSE group to identify and mitigate enabler and customer validation risks.Monitor sample deliveries and verify that they meet enabler and customer expectations.Participate in debug and root cause investigations, and drive effective communication of information with enablers and customers.Create and/or maintain enabler and customer validation documentation and internal repositories.Educate Micron development and validation teams on enabler and customer qualification processes and critical customer requirements.Inform Engineering, Planning, and Marketing on enabler and customer validation issues.Coordinate and facilitate meetings (status updates, customer alignment, etc.)How to Qualify:BSEE / BSCE or equivalent.5+ years of experience in DRAM Product, Design, Validation, or related engineering subject areas.Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Comfortable working with and driving multi-functional teams.What Sets You Apart:A strong, dedicated personality who can work as an advocate for enabler & customer validation needs with the internal engineering & business teams.Able to relay technical information to and from enablers and customers, verbally and in writing, at a professional level.Demonstrated discernment to understand and communicate enabler & customer impacts and tradeoffs.Demonstrated Program Management experience a plus.Cloud/Hyperscale ecosystem enabler and/or customer experience is a plus.Experience with Semiconductor manufacturing a plus.The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$112,000.00 - $276,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
