Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at BlackRock, a leading investment management firm. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate level role, we require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information- Manage customer accounts and update databases with accurate information- Utilize problem-solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and customer service strategies
