Job Description:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Phillips 66 in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner- Provide product and service information to customers- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a polite and efficient manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain accurate customer records in the company database- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Resourceful and adaptable personality traits- Strong people management and cooperation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
