Job Description:American Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry-Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically to solve customer issues.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and general information requests- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner- Update customer account information accurately in the company database- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Must be a team player with a cooperative attitude- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
