Job Description:
CDW is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer satisfaction- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers- Processing orders and tracking shipment status- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
