Job Description:

Texas Instruments is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an entry-level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are resilient and motivated, with a knack for persuasion and strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order processing support- Communicating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns- Building relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
