If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Customer Care Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.Pay for this role is $26hrBasic Qualifications:2 years experience customer service2 years experience office environment1 year experience Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School Diploma/GEDJob Responsibilities:Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customersMaintain effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products and programsGain a working knowledge of Company systems and processesAttend appropriate training classes to continually work towards self-development to stay current on customer service procedures & practicesProblem solve in a professional and effective manner.Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)Answer incoming faxes, calls, voicemail and emails and input data and fileAddress issues to provide first call resolutionNew hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.Must Pass Drug screen.Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00 am ct to 7:00 pm (Central Time), Saturday mornings (rotating) 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Central Time) could also be required.Shift times may be changed as per client requirements.
