The Customer Advocate is one of the first people our customers interact with at Safelite. This organized and energetic professional handles administrative tasks, schedules appointments, manages work orders and invoices, greets customers in person, and answers phone calls and emails. Every interaction with our customers is important, and we want to create a memorable experience.
What You'll Get Competitive weekly base pay of $16 per hour.

What You'll Do Welcome customers to our shop and promptly address any concerns, finding creative solutions when needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes regarding various service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, repairs, and more.
Ensure all work order information is complete by verifying insurance, adding additional parts if necessary, and addressing any missing information.
Manage administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, deleted work orders, and credit memos and rebills.
Review orders from our national contact center and manage dealership part orders and special accounts.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
