Position Overview:
We are seeking a Culinary Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Culinary Artist at The Phoenix Taproom & Kitchen, you will be responsible for crafting culinary delights that complement our extensive drink menu. While there will be no direct supervision of employees, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to create innovative and delicious menu items that pair seamlessly with our beverage and cocktail offerings. This includes both traditional and creative dishes, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.Food Preparation: Skillfully prepare and present dishes to meet high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and timely delivery to customers.Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety guidelines and health code regulations.
