Are you a skilled multi-tasker with a knack for customer service? We're seeking a Crew Accommodations Agent to join our team in Dayton, OH. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving all hotel and ground transportation booking activities for our airline clients' crew members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Booking hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilots, ad-hoc crews, and other airline employees.
- Handling emergency crew relocations and last-minute challenges with a calm and efficient approach.
- Collaborating closely with our clients' crew scheduling and relevant departments to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Monitoring and ensuring access to all necessary tools, systems, and resources to perform your duties as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Utilizing technology and applications to process, track, and report transactions accurately.
- Sourcing suitable and compliant hotel markets and cities when contracted hotels are sold out or unavailable.
- Obtaining necessary approvals and recording them in the system for future reference.
- Processing payments to hotel and transportation vendors according to contractual terms.
- Maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional environment with a "can-do" attitude.
- Supporting other departments, such as Account Management, IT, Billing, and Commission Collections, with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
- Proficiency in interacting with clients and business partners electronically and via telephone.
- Familiarity with hotel sourcing, rate negotiation, and knowledge of market and contractual needs.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work shifts, including extended hours during irregular operations.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules and shifts as per client requirements (with advance notice).
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and a quiet home-work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (some college education is preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Italian, German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.
- Hotel/travel industry or customer service/call center experience is highly preferred but not required.
