Responsibilities
• Work with General Manager to drive revenue and sales growth• Coach and execute excellent customer service• Develop teammates through training and guidance• Ensure quality control measures are followed• Assist with budgeting and financial performance• Provide clear direction to the team• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the service center• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSA's• Perform opening and closing duties• Manage inventory and product orders
Requirements
• 1-3 years of retail management experience• Exceptional oral and written communication skills• Proven leadership ability• Sound business sense• Positive and professional attitude• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds• Must be at least 18 years old• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
