We're seeking someone deeply passionate about HoYoVerse's games and the social media content landscape.In this crucial role, you'll collaborate closely with social media partners and our in-house Creator Partnership teams. Your goal will be to establish enduring and effective growth planning that seamlessly aligns with our overarching business objectives.Partner with various social media channels and teams to plan and drive growth for creators and UGC content, including Creator Partnership, Product, and Marketing teams across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Reddit, etc.Design and execute content and creator programs to enhance the quantity, quality, and diversity of gaming-related UGC content for HoYoverse games on social channels.Collaborate on online and offline initiatives to identify opportunities for UGC content growth and meaningful user engagement, ensuring our creators thrive and our player community enjoys immersive, authentic gaming content.Expand our roster of creators by collaborating with key stakeholders and fostering high-quality content production and engagement through activations and initiatives.Develop a comprehensive plan to enhance creators' presence on each channel, leveraging social channel features with in-game content to incentivize user-generated content.Drive, measure, and analyze the performance of all HoYoVerse game creators and content, conducting in-depth competitive and industry research to discover growth opportunities.Create educational materials outlining product features and best practices for creators, catering to both internal and external audiences.Optimize content planning and workflows internally and externally, providing support for strategic projects within the creator and content realm.What We Are Looking For:A deep passion for all HoYoverse games is REQUIRED.Prior YouTube/TikTok/Twitch content and creator partnership experience is required.Strong knowledge of UGC content ecosystem and gaming. 6+ years in YouTube/TikTok content or influencer marketing.Exceptional partnership skills in remote work settings.Effective communication, organizational, and presentation abilities. A professional, personable demeanor over the phone, on video calls, and in person.Strong proficiency in using 3rd party analytical tools and data to inform your suggestions and strategy.Outstanding project management in a multi-tasking environment.Collaboration across time zones.You Will Stand Out If You Have:Established relationships with social media platform teams.Willingness to travel as required, both domestically and internationally.Benefits:The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
