Position title: Creator Agency Intern*6 month contract opportunityAbout the roleThe Influencer Platform is looking to hire an intern to aid in sourcing new creators for our Creator Agency Partnerships team. This full time (40 hour) internship will be responsible for supporting the Creator Agency Partnerships team who is focused on bringing LTK opportunities to new creators. The role will include identifying and sourcing high profile creators across all social platforms. Candidate will work with manager to identify areas of opportunity and use internal and external platforms and databases to create, maintain and edit creator lists. This role will support the team with special projects, casting, virtual events and content creation.The candidate will be introduced to LTK and receive training on all sourcing tools and platformsHow you will make an impactResearch new creators & analyze their contentCross reference creators to existing database Populate list of new creator contacts & informationHelp with HubSpot CRM pitch inputting Assist our agency and brand teams in creator casting for collaborationsSupport team on special projects Assist with virtual events Create educational LTK content Attend team training sessions and meetingsBe accountable for your work Make recommendations for improvementsDemonstrate passion for creator connectionsInterns will report directly to the Director, Creator Growth on the Creator Agency Partnerships team. What you will bring to LTKThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator world, sense of curiosity, and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. The candidate is also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases.
