Responsibilities
• Manage multiple design projects, adhering to timelines and meeting deadlines.• Understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience in collaboration with the Marketing team.• Uphold and maintain the organization's brand (written and visual) in conjunction with the AD of Communications.• Provide creative vision, direction, and management of freelance/in-house designers, ensuring brand consistency.• Create engaging and high-quality content across various digital platforms.• Collaborate with program and business development teams on presentations and insights reports.• Design seasonal research reports in collaboration with Marketing and Insights teams.• Develop graphics, layouts, and multimedia for proposals, presentations, and business development, and program materials in collaboration with the AD of Marketing.• Support the development and execution of digital content strategies aligned with the organization's marketing goals and target audience.• Create large-scale graphics for organizational events.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree is required• 3-5 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other essential graphic design tools• Proficiency in WordPress• Familiarity with animation and motion graphics• Digital Asset Management experience with metadata and archiving• Knowledge of data visualization and representation in graphic design• Basic knowledge of creative copyright, trademark and license requirements
