Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management? We're seeking a talented Creative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and contribute to the success of various video and graphic design production projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Community, Sales, and Tech, to understand project concepts and deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers, the creative team, Marketing Manager, and the Creative Manager to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain up-to-date project information, including Strategic Briefs, Creative Briefs, and Print Production Specifications.
- Manage the departmental calendar, monitor production projects, and ensure they are on schedule.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with vendors, facilitating a smooth review process.
- Help organize and maintain the company's digital asset library.
- Manage projects and tasks using project management tools like Asana.
- Attend production, Creative Team, and Project Management Office (PMO) meetings.
- Respond to creative requests and marketing support tickets promptly.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, production, or other visual media roles.
- Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with short timelines and set priorities independently.
- Excellent initiative, ownership, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a drive to improve processes continuously.
- High level of creativity and a good sense of humor!
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google, Asana, Slack, and email for effective communication.
- Basic understanding of the creative process and design principles.
- Experience working with in-house or agency marketing teams.
- Familiarity with both print and electronic media.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct entrepreneurial experience or experience working for an entrepreneurial organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Education, Business, Graphic Design, Real Estate, Design, Graphic Arts, Film/TV, Visual Arts, or Advertising.
This is a work-from-home position with occasional travel throughout the US (less than 20% of the year) for onsite meetings, company-directed trainings, and company-sponsored events.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000-$55,000/year with the potential for a merit-based bonus, health benefits, flex-time, 401k match, monthly tech stipend, flex PTO, FSA, and more!
