l  Weekly pay What a typical day as a  Cost Accountant  might look like: Responsibilities:
l  Leads and provide training on the annual physical inventory exemption application.
l  Leads and provide training on the annual standard cost rollup in ERP.
l  Provide support and guidance on meeting various audit and compliance requirements associated with costing and inventory.
l  Provide support and advise on various projects as it relates to costing and inventory controls.
l  Provide support on various research related to costing and inventory controls.
l  Qualifications and Competencies This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Qualifications:
l  College, university, or equivalent degree required.
l  ERP Tools and Software – superior knowledge in Oracle and other financial reporting tools
l  Financial acumen - Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions. In-depth knowledge in various financial guidelines and regulations.
l  Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
l  Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
l  Plans and aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
l  Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise. What happens next:
