Responsibilities
• Support supply chain mode managers to drive productivity• Support supply chain projects and ensure timely execution• Interact with carriers, TMS partners, warehouses, and stakeholders• Track and analyze industry metrics and KPIs• Develop service and cost reports• Support partner audits and Grace's partnership with TMS provider• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and data analytics• Ensure compliance with Grace's Responsible Care Management System• Enhance customer experience
Requirements
• B.S. degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering• 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience• Experience with SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite• Ownership mentality and curiosity about processes• Adaptability to change and staying up to date with industry trends• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills• Broad understanding of logistics, warehousing, and customer service• Process documentation and priority coordination skills• Preferred: TMS, WMS, YMS management systems experience• Preferred: Hazmat shipper experience and certification• Preferred: KPI Tracking and Management experience• Preferred: Freight Audit & Payment experience
