Position: Corporate Leasing & Marketing Specialist
As a Corporate Leasing and Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving leasing and marketing initiatives across our housing communities. Working closely with the Community Manager and staff, you'll craft strategic plans to achieve occupancy targets while fostering positive resident relations. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for real estate and a knack for marketing, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor on-site staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster a harmonious and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures through effective leadership and training.
Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives to maximize net operating income.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to support leasing objectives.
- Identify market trends and recommend strategies to enhance leasing performance.
Strategic Leasing Management:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
- Mentor team members on leasing techniques and customer service best practices.
- Cultivate relationships with business contacts and vendors to support leasing efforts.
Administrative & Maintenance Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative and leasing reports.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Oversee online presence and social media campaigns to enhance market visibility.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in the housing industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and on-site software functions.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is desirable.
Travel Requirement:
- This is a traveling role with an estimated travel time of 60% annually.
- Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, and training sessions.
