Business Operations Coordinator position at Travel + Leisure Co.Supports the sales and marketing team through operational functionsAssists in contract processing and reporting

Responsibilities
• Prepare contracts according to company standards for processing• Assign appointment leads to Sales Representatives and provide information to Marketing team• File and secure all documents per procedures• Maintain property owner information per standards• Maintain Sales Representatives license information• Maintain and order POSs• Assist Manager in providing administrative support to internal departments• Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales center• Detailed and thorough when working independently or within a team• Possesses great interpersonal skills• Advanced knowledge of technology and various computer systems• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills• Full availability required to work weekends and holidays• Organizational skills
