Cook

As a Cook at IHOP you are to complete all assigned prep work and sets up cook's station. Additionally, cooks will maintain product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare the provided menu items Sanitize food preparation and serving areas Create and prepare recipes and meal Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed  Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant Benefits of working at IHOP include: Flexible scheduling Competitive wages negotiable depending experience  Opportunities for growth within the company Team Atmosphere  Requirements * Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
* Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
* Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
* Mobility required during the entire shift.
