The Building Controls Service system monitors, trends, and logs system performances that can be retrieved and analyzed for system faults and human error. Through innovative technology, JSET provides active alarm monitoring solutions for all of your automation needs. Compensation: Dependent upon experience, our Controls Technicians average $75,000 annually.
Schedule: Option to work 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hours shifts. Employees should expect to start their day at the same jobsite each day, in the Hilliard or New Albany area as assigned.

Ensure the performance of all field-testing equipment is completed accurately and safely. Communicate with proper teams to schedule necessary support to perform testing and commissioning of all systems and equipment. Perform point to point checks. Perform pre-functional and functional testing. Develop energization plans. Job Requirements: Must be confident, a strong troubleshooter, and effectively communicate. Attention to detail and organizational prioritization. Must be able to demonstrate SAFE electrical troubleshooting skills using basic and advanced test equipment. OSHA10 certified preferred; ability to obtain certificate required. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated electrical, HVAC, and mechanical background. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license. Physically, applicants must have ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
