Controller - Remote

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Controller to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Controller Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficient and organized processes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Develop and monitor quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Oversee all aspects of accounting, from invoicing to reconciliations, and beyond.
- Establish and maintain a well-documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Experience in wealth management, trust management, or asset management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach.
