Job Position Description: We are looking for a full-time onsite Controller that will serve as an active member of the Company Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of controller experience (or similar) in accounting in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to support budget creation and distribution. You must also by a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate, direct, and train others. The salary range for this position is $122K-$157K.
