Full job description Instant Recruitment Solutions is now currently sourcing an 'Project Controller' in the United States.
Project controllers work with project managers to ensure a project stays within budget and gets delivered on time. These team members help identify areas of improvement for project operations by closely monitoring a project's progress.
Responsibilities : Monitors, coordinates and controls a project throughout its lifecycles. Reviewing a project's deadlines and budget with the project manager. Define a project's goals, objectives, budgets and schedules Review a project's process to identify areas for improvement Create project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress. Oversee a project's revenues and expenses to ensure it stays within budget Analyzing performance data to establish performance metrics. Handle and manage the intake, verification, and storage of documents. Working closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules. Provide input to management for how the organization can improve its project operations to meet its needs Maintain current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow. Represent the team as a key contract, liaising with project managers and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Science or Business Administrator. 5+ years experience Good analytical and planning skills.
