Responsibilities
• Drive the link between individual activity, cost of goods sold, and improvement initiatives• Collaborate with project owners to build cost models for improvement activities• Track status of improvement projects and align timing with financial forecasts• Calculate monthly results using ERP system across multiple product BU's• Support capex creation and justification• Monitor Capex performance for improvement projects• Report monthly results to key stakeholders• Maintain plant opportunity tracker for resource justification and prioritization• Lead improvement projects as required
Requirements
• BS in Engineering/Computer Science/Physical Sciences/Finance• 5 years of related experience• Strong financial acumen• Excellent technical manufacturing affinity and interpersonal communication• Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment• Highly effective written and verbal communication• Proven success working with cross-functional groups• Ability to navigate ambiguity and negotiate alignment with stakeholders• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
