This is a full time, direct opportunity with benefits representing Belcan onsite at our large automotive client. Great matching candidates will have either experience and/or degree in Supply Chain or Logistics field. In this job, you will be ensuring that suppliers for our customer have returnable packaging in a timely and efficient manner to meet production demands.Responsibilities:Data and cost analysis to resolve issues and suggest process improvementsRoot causing container shortage issuesMaintain active relationship with plant material and floor leadership and personnel to aide in resolving issuesMaintain active relationships with the customers supplier base to ensure effective communication in regard to container flow issuesCommunication and collaboration with customer Containerization HQ and other plant Container Flow Analysts to support problem resolution.Qualifications:Two plus years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics related field and /or equivalent BS degree.Proficient with Microsoft Excel; advanced skills desiredOutstanding collaborator and communicator. Customer service mindset.Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.Desired but not required skills:Knowledge of transportation field and modesExperience supporting automotive/supply chain customers and suppliersExperience with data and cost analysisBelcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
