Job Description:
Motorola Solutions is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or inquiries that customers may have.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality standards- Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and in a team- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications are a plus
