Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Washington, D.C. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications- Provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and policies- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department- Process payments and refunds accurately- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times

Requirements:- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with team members
