As a Contact Center Specialist at Chevron in San Francisco, California, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide. Responsibilities:1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner.2. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns promptly.3. Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and update records with relevant information.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.5. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by delivering exceptional service and building rapport with clients.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center environment.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
