Job Description:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a driven and dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with account information, billing, and general inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.5. Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.2. Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.3. Excellent planning and project management skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.6. A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certifications preferred.
