Job Description:

As a Contact Center Officer at Cisco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a work-from-home position based in San Antonio, Texas, and is part-time with an entry-level seniority level requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.4. Utilize creativity and strategic planning skills to deliver innovative solutions to customer issues.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.6. Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed.7. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. Reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.5. Demonstrated creativity and strategic planning skills.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
