Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a motivated and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position with an associate level seniority, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Use persuasion techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers- Work closely with other team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system- Follow company and industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance at all times
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Motivated and energetic personality traits- Strong project management and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required
