The Contact Center Manager at Loews in Phoenix, Arizona will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency. This part-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of contact center representatives- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase productivity- Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure performance goals are met- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center staff- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a contact center or customer service management role- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and independent mindset with a focus on teamwork and creativity- Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
