Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide assistance and solutions to customers regarding flight booking, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.3. Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to ensure a positive experience.5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.6. Collaborate with other team members to meet departmental and company-wide goals.7. Stay up-to-date on JetBlue's policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently from a home office.3. Reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.5. Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
