As a Contact Center Associate at Lear, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are confident and motivated to excel in a dynamic customer service environment.
Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general support- Providing exceptional customer service by effectively resolving issues and answering questions- Utilizing strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance metrics- Demonstrating strong time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer interactions- Building rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience and repeat business
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Comfortable using computer systems and software to enter data accurately- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends- Confidence and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
