Job Description:Celanese is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time remote basis in Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing situations while working independently.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Upsell products and services to drive revenue growth- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
