Project Superintendent Requirements: 10 years' experience as a Construction supervisor. Must have concrete experience. Must have exterior light pole experience. Must have large building renovation experience. Certifications in fall protection, OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training, and first aid. Some travel required. Project Superintendent Responsibilities: Supervise employees and conduct training. Quickly address and resolve issues as they arise. Monitor and project labor hours. Maintain and update schedules. Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics. Conduct safety meetings and team meetings. Understanding and adherence to OSHA regulations. Ensure safety on job site(s) for workers and the general public. Project Superintendent Qualifications: Proficient in industry standards and practices. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Capable of coordinating a project start. Ability to understand all project documents, from blueprints and drawings to paperwork and schedules.
