Seeking a dynamic Site Supervisor opportunity within a sophisticated residential design and build construction company in the downtown Boston areaResponsible for on-site coordination of construction projects, ensuring specifications are followed and work is on schedule and within budgetNon-physically working position, no physical work permitted without authorization and written notice
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide end of day reports to PM/APM• Ensure job site safety and proper PPE for employees and subcontractors• Maintain a clean job site at all times• Work with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule• Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals• Manage process and quality of project• Manage employees and subcontractors on-site• Ensure acceptable workmanship• Act as liaison between Assistant Project Manager and field staff• Perform daily safety inspections• Maintain and review punch list process• Conduct weekly safety job site meetings
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations• Experience in managing, training and developing people• Project experience in various environments and with high level finishes• Unrestricted Supervisors License (CSL)• OSHA 30 certification• SDP Safety Certified• Scaffolding experience
