Responsibilities
• Receive new starts from builders and compare them with bids for pricing accuracy• Generate address specific jobs based on base pricing and additional options• Input schedule requests into the scheduling software• Confirm readiness of Starts for upcoming schedule• Update schedule as needed• Track required services and documents internally• Ensure prompt customer delivery• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally• Prioritize, schedule, and set goals• Work well with others and under pressure
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Previous Data Entry experience with attention to detail• Advanced ability in Microsoft Office and PDF• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills• Motivated, self-starter, and self-reliant• Good time management skills• Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm• Eligible to work in the United States
