Ray & Son Mechanical (Contractors) is seeking an experienced Project ManagerResponsibilities include design, acquisition, and completion of contractsPossible out-of-state travel may be required

Responsibilities
• Identify potential business opportunities• Estimate project material requirements and prepare purchase orders• Develop labor hours and costs, write proposals and bids• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and bid estimates• Provide leadership for resolution• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Knowledge of Mechanical systems and their operation• Project estimating and management experience• Good knowledge of the commercial construction industry• Ability to work with mathematical concepts• Ability to read and interpret Plans, schematics, diagrams, etc.• Excellent knowledge of Electronic Takeoff Systems• Intermediate or Advanced computer experience• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
