Construction Project Manager

Fulltime Role Sacramento, CA 95828 If you love managing large construction projects, mentoring others and are passionate about safety, we have an opportunity for you as a Project Manager! In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects, while developing future project managers and leaders.
What you ll do: Develops client relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership. Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project. Participates in project meetings with internal departments. Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule. Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other report as necessary. Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary. What you ll need to be successful: Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience Minimum 5 years' experience Proven ability to manage small teams. Strong negotiation skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong financial acumen Excellent project management skills Experience managing subcontractors. Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
