Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects in the industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and distribution spaces. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through completion.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a variety of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion Review project plans and specifications for completeness and accuracy Develop and implement project schedules, and manage the progression of the project Serve as primary point of contact between subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Manage project budget, schedule, and customer expectations Monitor and ensure safety and quality standards are met Manage and coordinate project workflow, and ensure all tasks are completed on time Perform regular project status updates for stakeholders and clients Ensure projects are closed out properly upon completion Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in multi-family, ground-up, tilt-wall, or new construction projects Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software, and other related construction software Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: LEED accreditation, OSHA 10-hour certification What's In It for You $100k - $140k Base Pay (DOE)
