We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with Federal experience to join our team to oversee work in Atlanta, GA. Looking for someone with 7-20 years of experience. Pay dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Familiarity with construction management software
Deadline and detail-oriented
OSHA 30
